Fun fact I love to do planking core exercise more than crunches or other sitting/laying on mat core exercise because planks are also great for working your upper body I can see my shoulder my arms are much toned and if you do it right your legs,hamstrings and butt too. What a great combo full body exercise.
如果有追蹤我一陣子。你應該會發現我的核心、側腹肌運動幾乎都是以平板式為主,比較少坐著或是躺著的腹部捲曲運動。 為什麼呢因為平板式系列核心運動除了練核心以外,肩膀跟手臂我也可以明顯看出線條感覺也更強壯。如果你姿勢正確,還可以練到腿、跟臀部。真的是一個很棒的全身性運動。
